Timelines, minimums, and getting started.

How far in advance should we order?+

Most custom projects take 3–6 weeks from concept to delivery, depending on scale and customization. Have a hard date? Tell us up front — we’ll build the timeline backward from it.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes. We coordinate international delivery and handle the logistics so your gifts arrive looking exactly as intended, wherever your people are.

Is there a minimum order size?+

Most client engagements start around 25–50 gifts, but we scale in both directions — from a single executive-level gesture to thousands of kits, each handled with the same care.
